| Dynatek DFS7-13. Installed and I noticed it seemed to start quicker, may just be mental? Anything I need to look for or do with this mod? Also what speed should I reach? Running 25" knock off bighorn non radials. I think my belt may be worn, when I serviced sheave, it did not ride to the top of primary when I revved engine? I forgot to measure specs on belt, but I gather this may be an indication. Would this allow belt to ride higher with the higher rpms or I am mistaken? Still learning the CVT thing. | |

| Do you still run the stock sheave? I would not expect the CDI to allow you more travel on the belt. I have not run the Dynatek but I expect it should get you into the 50's for top speed. If you have not already done so I strongly suggest going with the JBS sheave and OD weights. | |

| Thanks and yea still stock for now. A JBS sheave is on my wish list, just saving my funds. I just wondered what you could get with stock clutching, it is raining like cats and dogs here, but I may get wet just to try it out! | |

| I am stuck in the office, would much rather be riding in the rain. Be careful though. According to the warning sticker you should never run your rhino in water deeper than 13 inches LOL! Anyway, I think you will be happy with the speed but may be really reving it up to get there. Let us know how it turns out for you. If you are just looking for top speed I think you can install overdrive weights and upgrade the sheave later. | |

| Well, I have sick one, so I just grabbed my laptop and "working from home" today . Worked out that the cdi just happen to get here today too. I am not really into speed but would like to have it available if needed. From what I have read and would like, is to cruise around at lower rpms, so it won't be so loud in the cab. Really just want good overall performance from it. | |

| Well, rain quit. So I took it down paved county road and I'll be damned if a deputy meets me, clocked me at 50. Speedo said 49. Po Po are never on my road, LOL. Told him I was looking for my dog and I lived right up the road, he let me go. The trainee or ride along asked me if I could just ride in the yards/shoulder, I told him no it was too wet. I know it will at least run 50... | |

| Man I have no idea on rev limiter. How could I tell? I would like to know, if there is a way. I don't have a tach yet. I am happy with 50, think I could get more, cause I wasn't into limiter. I am loving this machine, but will love it better with the right sheave setup and new belt. | |

| Mine with the Dynatek cdi would hit the rev limiter at 53, now with the jbs sheave it will hit it at 61. | |

Thats cool, I'm for a similar result,61 is fast. I am going to turn mine down to 8000 RPM. | |

| I bought it used and I have no idea where/how to check what it is set at. I got about 2700ish miles on the rhino and it was taken care of ( well I think so anyway). I fo sure don't want to over rev it. Any trick on how to tell what the rev limiter is set at? | |
