adjust tps while the gauge is on...might have to adjust the throttle cable play to get full range

Checked mine and was at 16 and 85. Adjusted the throttle cable and was able to get 18 and 95. Couldn't get passed 95 on upper. Is there anything more to do other than adjusting the cable?

They come with only so much adjustment, your only other option is to replace it.

Have it up to 96 now. Feels a bit better. Will break the rear tires loose now. You could see a bunch of play in the cable on the top of the gas pedal where the cable connects.

On a Grizzly you hold the top two buttons to get in diag mode. Then again to get the TPS numbers. Mine were 17-99. Much better than the rhino.

NO watch the video at the top Nikki posted that shows you how to check the TPS numbers and then to adjust the cable I adjusted mine at the motor after removing the center motor cover where the throttle cable goes into the motor while depressing the pedal till I got the number I wanted and then tighted the nuts back up and checked it again and then checked it again after motor cover was back on to be sure. Now I occasionally check it since I am anal and its so easy to look at.
