Thanks for the compliments guys. Now that wheels, tires, winch, bumper and storage are taken care of......I'm on to a top, bumper lights, half windshield and some clutch work.

Anyone have any suggestions on bumper lights?. I want some halogens to match the factory lights and that will mount using the stock locations on my Yamaha brush bumper. I don't need to light up the world, just a little something to compliment my factory headlights and that my Rhino will power with no issues.

Good choice on tires.  You need to get a top for that bad boy.
Agreed.....probably a EMP metal roof at some point.

I run these Warn ones and love them they blend right in with OEM headlight bulbs just add more light further out but I switched to PIA headlight bulbs and they are more white light so I may do a LED bar now. These are nice lights though and they fit in my bumper holes perfect.

I will get a bigger light when the I can, I was impressed with my smaller one so a 40" would be crazy.

PostSubject: Re: jmp30s Rhino    Tue Dec 10, 2013 2:04 pm

Just an update on my ride....I ordered some Hella 55W lights for the front and a Daystar illuminated switch to try and match my Warn switch. I then ordered some EMP mounts however dummy me I ordered 1 1/2 inch clamps instead of 1 3/4. Then I figured I would try and order something that is a little more beefy as added insurance that my lights would not rattle or bounce around on my so I ordered Tusk 1/34 inch flag mounts. They fit on the Bumper like a charm and hold the lights good but now I cannot open my hood because of how far back the lights sit from my bumper....RRRRR. Ordered some EMP 1 3/4 light mounts that I am going to modify just a tad and hope they will work.

Also I got a surprise package today from EMP that is rather large. When I know that I didn't order anything that would need to be in such a large box I ask my wife if she did. The reply I got was "Not until Christmas." Seeming as I mentioned that I wanted a roof for the Rhino I am hoping that is what is inside.

Hopefully my light mounts show up this week and I have lights by this weekend. Stay tuned.

This is the look I am going for with my lights..............

I also use the Tusk flag mounts for my lights on my bumper and have the tab facing forward and am able to open my hood but you have a different bumper.
