not sure if u should hear a wirling sound mine was just more of a valve tick like a loose valve setting but my exhaust is loud so i cant hear the motor all that well

mine ticks also.
glad to hear im not the only one.

because of the tick ive been afraid to hammer on it since i bent a valve the last time I was wide open throttle.

I had valves too tight I think thats why I bent the valve but was not sure because of the ticking i had going on.

Is there a noticeable performance gain with the stage 1?? Thinking about doing this next but don't want to blow the cash if I can't feel it.

I did the stage 1, fuel controller, sheave and spring and is was more than just noticeable. then went to the reworked throttle body and it is amazing. low, off the line torque and pulls strong all the way up to mid 40 mph. flat out runs 54. of course I had james do all the work.

I know, I know. I keep thinking that i'm pretty lucky to be only 4 hours from JBS power. It's like being a junkie. walk into his office and there sits the prettiest chunk of  ported and polished aluminum and a shiny new piston------------how can I resist???????? Not that I need any more power----------------BUT I WANT IT !!!!!!!! LMAO.
