PostSubject: Veterans Roll Call   Sat Nov 09, 2013 1:48 am

I did a search and didnt find a subject with veterans in the topic so here I go. Shoot me if Im wrong.

With Veterans Day coming up on Monday I found it fitting that we should salute all of those who served.

Let this be a "roll call" for all of you out there.

You preserve the rights and protect the United States Citizens and keep us safe.

Keep all of those deployed in your thoughts and prayers. Adopy a soldier if you are in a position to do so and invite them to Thanksgiving.

Remember that there are a lot of restaraunts that give free meals to veterans and active members and dont forget the business's that give discounts to active duty as well as veterans.

I salute each and every one of you who I consider brothers.

It doesnt matter what branch we are all serving for the same unselfish reasons.

 Thank you for your service!cheers

Just couldn't make up your mind. When I switched from USMC to Army it wasn't my choice. Force reductions by Bush 1. Got severance walked 100 TSS joined Army and never looked back.

When I was in Army MOS school there was a guy that served all 4 branches. He was taken out by IED in Iraq 2006.

I did 11 years USMC 1982-1993 and 14 Army 1994-2008 and had to retire due to medical issues.

The people that serve in the armed forces, deserve the praise and support we give them U.S.A., Canada and the U.K. important training partners. Just got back from N.Y.C. where the largest Veterans parade was held, we spend our remembrance day in the states on Veteran's day, a great experience and one we were proud to be part of. My oldest son is in the forces and has trained with the U.S.M.C. in California, where he made great friends and with his brothers in arms.
