FYI, paypal gave me the money that 686er stole from me. He didn't return my cash, paypal came thru. Just another reason to trust paypal. Even though I gifted the money, which paypal said is a red flag, they still paid me the money. I'll sleep better tonight cus I now have money for Christmas presents....Dancing Banana Dancing Banana Dancing Banana

paypal is awesome like that.. I don't send money as gifts other that 2 time once to james just the other day an once to crusty didn't want them to have to pay the fee to get there money an they both seem like stand up guys so I wasn't worried about it.

Yes paypal rocks, being dealing with them since 2001.
I have a buisness credit card with them and they keep a very close eye tracking unusual purchases that might be happening in different parts of the world and have called me a few times to make sure my card has not been stolen and that I was the one making these purchases.
I'm glad you was able to get your money back, paypal fees do suck but if you want to be covered you gotta do what you gotta do.
If I'm selling something I don't expect the buyer to pay my fees and would hope a seller wouldn't expect me to pay there fees. And I never even noticed that Kyle gifted my payment lol thanks man
I have paid thousands of dollars in paypal fees and it's just something I dealt with.

I had the same problem with this guy.  It took over two months to get a cv kit from.  I was at the point of going to paypal but he finally shipped.  I was calling him and leaving messages everyday and he never got back to me until just before he shipped.  When he joined us here I was amazed by the good comments he received so I kept my mouth shut thinking I was a one off situation or something.  Guess not!!!!  It sucks when you have to kiss someones ass just to get what you paid for!!!

yep Scott same here,I got tired of his bullshit, seems like that is his MO. I was ready to kill him or someone, which is bad so I finally called paypal...who does shit like that? takes your hard earned money, spends it, won't return a call and then comes up with excuses. well he sealed his own fate...he is banned here, and the utv forums
