| Don't laugh me off the forum because I like it here, but I've never heard anything about the gator 850i. Good bad or indifferent? You here the pros and cons about all other models. Has anybody even seen one run? | |

| Two , of the four excavators we have are CAT . One is a Case , and the other is a Kubota mini ... also have a Komatsu track loader . They are all good machines ; but , we have the least problems and / or break-downs with the Cats . The local Cat dealer is open 24/7 , with over 6 branches...pretty much always have what you need on hand...if not , by the next morning , unlike the Case dealer ; which almost NEVER has what you need , and we're down 3-5 days waiting on parts !! | |

| I traded my rhino about 2 months ago on one. So far I really like it, runs very good sounds awesome. I check up on here to see what's new in the rhino world, so when I saw this thread I thought I would chime in | |

| My brother has had one for more than a year and really likes it, solid ride, smooth motor, real nice seats, sharp if u like green and yellow, and fast, 55 out of the box and reliable so far. Expensive to accessorize is one downside. I think its a cool rig. He has always been a Yamaha guy like me (outboards, bikes, wheelers, snow sleds, generators etc.) But wanted something a little different as I had a Rhino. | |

| They just kind of remind me where I thought the Rhino would be a sport utility vehicle. Bigger motor and a ride you can hit the trails in a d haul a load of firewood the best of both worlds. I was wondering if the aftermarket support is there for them? | |

| My father in law lives in Fort Myers so every time we go down there we'll go out and sit at the bar, drink beer and eat gator bites. my wife would rather eat that than steak. | |

It does make you wonder why Yamaha doesn't build a sxs in a similar vein, the aftermarket is starting to come around on the gators, as typical with Deere their accessories are nice but big $. I give my brother a hard time as the motor is made in China. | |
