| i dont have a good pic of it but it didnt have any grooves. you are talking about the secondary sheave right. or are you talking about the one behind the primary cause that one had a little grove but after i went over it with 180 grit then 600 grit it was almost gone. | |

Now the bad, That is the same needle I have and I still can't get grease in the !@#$%^&*() stinking zert ! I may have to pull the shaft. If I do, I will put a 90 degree zert in it

Is that 51mph on your speedo or gps? I have the same tires as you and am going to make the plunge soon as well. Neil.

| I fine member on this forum (who's name I forgot) told me to tap the u joint with a hammer. I use a brass punch and a soft blow (the good slow blows are long gone..) and it seemed to work, greased all the mo'fo's! | |

| first thing i got was the msd charge, it got me 10 mph but was screaming so i had to get the siphon break, then put the 27's on and it brought me back down to a comfortable 39 you could talk with a little shouting. then the sheave kit and stuff from jbs. now 48 is about the same rpms as what i think 30 would have been before im really happy with current setup so far | |
