Hey James I think I need a siphon break, there's about a 1/4 of a quart of oil in my air box. How much are they?

I better check mine out before I ride again. Ran her pretty hard all day last time. I don't know anything about this and was wondering how you know if you need it.

That breather hose right above the air box in the picture is spiting oil out. I wiped that much oil out of it a couple months ago. I thought I was burning oil and I may still be but it won't be near as bad.

It's basically an oil trap for the oil that comes from the crankcase pressure.

If you have an after market CDI and running high RPM s, your intake will suck oil out of the crankcase. This creates a break in that and fixes the issue!

these are a MUST!

they catch the oil and let it return to the crankcase. just make sure the over flow is pointed towards the FRONT away from exhaust otherwise you'll be like my friends teryx and burn to the ground!
