I think the guy the doing the bitching was show boating for his wife. She was the one that squalked over plastic bill. WHY, Because he didn't tell her. Now HE has to save his ass. At JBS expense, or Their reputation's expense. That whackoff should manup, and take his balls back from his wife. Tell his wife, ya I ordered parts from Jbs and that's what it cost. Now go mind your business.

I laugh at how he expects you to cover shipping on it. Thats just part of life. Now if you sent him the wrong part and you realized it and then said "ill send you the right one" and MAYBE cover the return cost...but i would just send it on my own and chalk it up to the price of doing business over the phone/internet. Such is life. There is no need for him to get all spun up over a few dollars in shipping or a honest mistake (if there even was a mistake). People need to just calm down and work things out in a civil manner.

Hello All,

I just now realized this post was here. Man James you weren't kidding about the fella you sent up here. Big, strong, and mean looking. Thank goodness he was in a good mood. lol

I want to do my best here to get all the facts out in the open. First off, I am in agreement my threatening PM was complete and total chicken shit. I had just asked the wife to see if you charged my credit card for everything and when I learned you had and I couldn't get in touch with ya, I went off. It was 'knee jerk' response, my apologies.

From the beginning:

I always shop at cheap cycle. I order it and within a couple weeks, it arrives. I got their prices and sent you this pm:

Quote :
Hello JB,

I'm gonna go a cheaper route on my rear brakes. I need:

2- 5b4-f5831-00-00 $37.02 each rotors

8- 90109-08087-00 $3.28 each Bolts for rotors

2- 5b4-f5311-00-00 $60.77 each new style hubs

Those
prices are from cheap cycle. Not asking you to beat 'em. Just get
close and keep in mind I'll have to pay the stinking sales tax.

Thanks,

Arch

BTW, I visited your facebook page. Needless to say, my son and I are ready to come riding with you folks.

rotors 36.00
bolts 3.00
hubs 60.00...........thanks..........come on!!

It was April 3rd when you replied back. I think I called you that day and ordered the parts along with all new knuckles and the pins for he rear. One of your Pit Bulls went into a seizure while I was talking to ya. You were cheaper than cheap cycle on the front knuckles, but, you were higher on the rear. The good price on the front knuckles offset the price on the rear.

I made an attempt to contact you on April 9th when I received the first shipment of parts and noticed you had sent two right knuckles. I left you a message. I didn't hear back from ya so I called again on the 11th and your voice/mailbox was full and not taking any more messages. I then sent you this PM later on that evening with your response:

Quote :
Hey James,

I
called and left a message the day I received some of the parts from ya.
I got two right front knuckles. I need a left front (Drivers side).
Also, whats the eta on my rear knuckles?

I tried your phone yesterday and the message box is full.

How would you prefer I ship the other passenger side knuckle to ya?

Arch

damn phone been fuked up..cant get my messages...i will check on them

I did not hear from you. So, I sent the chicken shit PM on April 14th:

Quote :
James,

My wife said you have charged my credit card $822. Where
are my parts? You sent me two of the passenger side front knuckles. I
need a drivers side front knuckle. I need credited for the wrong part
you shipped and if you want it back, I need credit for the shipping. I
am loosing patients with you. I'll give ya till tomorrow and then I'm
posting this message on my thread.

...and your response.

Quote :
wow...i got the rest friday.....i will post it for you

Keep in mind, most of the mail order vendors I deal with do not charge for the parts until they have received them and ship them out. You hit my card for the full price the day I gave you my order.

I then sent (with your response):

Quote :
lol.... seriously, give me some sorta response on knuckle deal. Are you ship'n the parts to me today?

shipping today

At this point I was kinda figuring you were expecting me to eat the shipping back to ya. So, I cancelled my card and waited for a response from ya.

You called me Tuesday morning on April 23rd and I told you I'd be glad to ship it back if you would send me a check for shipping. I then found the following PM with my response:

Quote :
did you ship it or do i need to run your card for it??

Quote :
I have not shipped the part. I'll need to see what shipping cost will be and you can send me a check. Card has been cancelled.

Quote :
James,

If
you want to send someone, that is your loss. Either way, you couldn't
possibly expect me to ship it back to you before I am paid.

You
hung up on me this morning before we had a chance to get into the meat
of the problem. I was just going to explain to you that you need to put
yourself in my shoes. A supplier, who seemed to be reputable from your
forum, who lived in my home state could sell me parts almost as cheap
as 'cheap cyle', man I thought I had hit the lottery.

I called
you and ordered my parts and all was well. I got your first shipment of
parts and you had sent me a double of one of the knuckles. I thought,
hey, no big deal, I called and left you a message about it and what to
do with the credit/shipping. I never heard from you. A couple days go
by so I give you another call. Now your voice mail is full and will not
receive messages. So, I send you a PM explaining my concerns. You
reply with a message about your phone being screwed up. No sorry for
the mistake or yes send it back and we'll credit you, nothing on the
issue at hand. So, I wait another week and have seen no parts or heard
nothing from you and the wife says you've charged the full amount to my
card so I know what kind of person I'm dealing with now. I send you the
nasty PM and you handle it with typical sarcasm and still do not deal
with the mistake you made.

So, if you were in my shoes, what
would you do????? You had every bit of my rhino parts business in the
beginning, now, you will never see another penny of my money.

I'm
an everyday trustworthy fella. I don't need the inconsiderate B.S. you
seem to be handing to me and I certainly don't need the time consuming
and expensive service you offer.

You are welcome to come get the
knuckle. I will not send it back to you until I have a cashed check
for the shipping and inconvenience. I'd say $50 would cover it. Let me
know if you need my attorneys number.

Regards,

Arch

for
1 we was cheaper...2nd..50.00 shipping ......yep you are a dick and i
dont want your money anyways!!!!you have my merchandise asshole..i will
send someone to get it

I too have a small business and time=money. If you can review this reply with an open mind, I think you will at least consider I had some merit. I don't think James is a bad fella, I don't even know the man. However, don't expect me to pay for your mistake. I certainly would not expect this from my clients.

sorry bodacious but when you said $50 for shipping that is just TRYING to rip someone off. You know good and well that it doesnt cost anywhere near that much. I understand you frustration of not being able to get ahold of anyone for a week and wondering what is going on. I would be frustrated/mad at that point as well. And im sure James was busy trying to answer all the phone calls and emails and messages as quick as he could. but dont be surprised that james got pissed at you after you shot off the "knee jerk" PM that would only make all of us mad. All in all i think it was just a few misunderstandings that probably escalated and got out of hand.

You had every bit of my rhino parts business in the
beginning, now, you will never see another penny of my money.

i dont argue with people that send me threats..if you think i was gonna fuck you out of 12 dollars then we dont need to be doing business anyway...so dont ever call me unless you got 100.00 for my trouble dealing with your sorry ass over 12 dollars.. ..i dont screw nobody and wont be screwed either..read my reviews ....i dont order parts before you pay..is that how cheap cycle does it?.......when you wanted 50.00 for shipping it showed what kind of asshole you are....wanna make it right send me 100.00 cause thats what it cost me to get it back..your not making money off of me on shipping after i hooked you up...you was gonna make more than me!!!...kiss my ass!!!
