| I believe their talking about the belt eating through the gasket an into cover from belt getting to high in sheave , mine had just touched the cover when I took apart had got the gasket | |

| i have seen this on modified and stock sheaves with extremely worn belts or sheaves too but he mills them farther than most and still adds a shim...prolly be fine if he sent a bigger cover..lol...it stuck out of the secondary 1/4" without worn parts........on our new 660 cut for the 700 camplate are milled .015 less to allow for more belt and sheave wear... fine tuned for people like Chrish that gets water in them 10 times a month...lol....he is why i did it..lol.. | |
