| well i read enough about people doing this.. so it was time for me to get to chopping...
Cut 4.75" off the front pillar and welded in new bung..Cut rear upright 5".. Cut roof line and expanded.. Used the roof cross brace to put inside rear uprights and plug welded. Also used cross brace pipe to lengthen roof side bars..
Installed rear v brace, and dash bar.. installed passenger grab bar..
Used kevlar bed liner paint for the cage | |

| if you noticed i had to leav out one of the roof supports for head clearance.. I have seen so many rhinos chopped on here.. and all have left that rear cross bar in.. I am 5'10" and without a helmet on i had like 2 inches of head to bar clearance.. I never get in this without a helmet on so that had to go.. I am now looking for 1/4 black plastic or thinner for a roof.. With making the cage longer all the made to fit roofs will not work now.. | |

| let me know if you want anymore pictures.. I used the weld in bungs for the front forward two roll bar mounting locations.. And when i dry fitted everything slid together.. even after welding all the mounting bolts dropped right in! | |

| was out on a big trail ride last weekend..I am lower then the front of a 800 rzr but about a half inch taller in the rear.. and the same height as a wildcats roll cage..!!!!

| I would love to do this to my cage...but with a seat in the bed and a cage over that I don't have the extra room to spare. the rear cage would then be much higher than the front cage and look goofy | |
