| anyone running this carb if so thoughts on it pro/cons , I still use mine for hunting/utility work would this carb work for this also or is it just all out wide open set up | |

| I would stick with the stock carb,me and a friend had hsr 45 carbs and there very finicky,allways needing adjusting,the stock carb is a lot more stable and consistant.....save your$$$ unless your a wide open dunner!! | |

| Stick with the stock cv carb...its a great carb,we had to find out the hard way!!! wasted a lot of time and money messing around with that hsr for about 2 years before we sold them!! never could get them to stay right! and we had a/f guages | |

| I have no issues out of my HSR 45. I know I picked up pretty good power going from my bored FCR to the HSR 45. These carbs are ran on Harleys as daily drivers, not sure why Renegade had problems but mine is spot on and has been for over 3 years. | |

| Have run HSR 45 here and no problems once electric fuel pump installed. | |

| been running the HSR series carbs for years now, get a new one or a low time carb as parts wear out, then once set properly they are great consistant carbs, keep them clean.... | |
