I drilled a hole in the warning plate on the dash and then taped it off and plastidipped it. I then tapped in to the 12v power outlet (thanks hotrod) and mounted my remote fuel/ignition controller for my Dynatek beside it. Sorry for the crappy pics.

I like the A/F gauge! Nice work!
Have you figured out the sweet spot for the best performance? I was wondering, because I seem to do well around 12.5:1 - 13.0:1. I'm not a wizard with tuning, though. I've hear some say to idle them slightly fat, lean down low, and get fat again in the upper RPM. I haven't tested that theory. It'd be interesting what a good dyno tune would suggest.

Since I am an oddball and I am using a fuel controller that nobody else seems to be using with their Rhino this is going to help me make sure I am not running my tune too rich or too lean. I will take some pics tonight of where I welded in the bung and put the sensor. It was late last night when I got finished.

Well it confirmed what I thought, I was running super lean and it was causing lots of exhaust popping at lower rpms. I have richened it up what I consider alot already and I am still only 12 at WOT and 10.75-11.5 at normal driving range. I am going to add more fuel to it tomorrow. It is running better and better the more fuel I give it. Here is a pic of where I put the sensor, its on the back bend and pointing up a little to keep it out of harms way.

I finally have enough hours on my rebuild to smash on it and yesterday I could consistently bang the rev limiter at 61 on flat ground without trying very hard.

Whoa am I thinking of this backwards. I was thinking that the lower the number the leaner it was. I was getting all kinds of popping at 10 to 10.5 and then I added more fuel and the number started rising and the popping went away. This is why amateurs shouldnt be messing with this stuff, they just tear shit up.

you had to take away fuel for the #to rise....10 is rich 14 is lean

Ok, now I am completely confused. This is the initial curve I had and it would pop like crazy at lower rpms under a load and the numbers on the wideband were staying at 10 at idle and getting to maybe 11 under full throttle.
This is where I quit messing with it last night that it wasn't popping and seemed to be running well. The numbers on the wideband with this tune were mid 11's to mid 12's and 10.5ish at idle.

Ok, I have looked all over the interwebs and found several people seeing the same wrong numbers from their AEM's so I just overnighted an Innovative LC-1. We will see tomorrow what it reads.

The bottom is where I was having problems. What is the highest % the factory injectors can use ok. They have a tune for an aftermarket injectors and it runs up to 44% on the high end.

This is why I think my gauge may not be working right. I unhooked my fuel controller and even at stock settings it shows super rich which shouldn't be the case. I know this video sucks but about halfway through it I started getting pops through my exhaust and sputtering.

So James what number at WOT throttle should I be shooting for. I am consistently at 11.5 under full throttle all the way through the rpm range and it seems to be running good. I have taken my fuel at 1500rpm at partial throttle down to -15% and it is still only at 10.8 on the gauge.

at wide open mine is now at 12.5, i think i am going to fatten it up a little more starting at about 5000rpms because it seemed to pull a little harder. partial throttle is around 11.5 on light acceleration so i make work on that a little more tomorrow night but it is running great right now.

I just about have this thing lined in. How lean is too lean, where should I start backing it down. I hit low 13's today under full throttle.
