| getting ready to get tack for the ride, is the Equus 8068 the one some are using on the 660 . when I went to order it said that it could be set for 4-6-8 cylinders. so not sure if it will work or not . | |

| some guys have luck with it, but I could not get it to work. James tried 2 or 3 tach with no luck | |

| Same tach as I have...works great...I think you set it up as a 2 cylinder to get the rpms to match up,but I have been running this same tach for 2 years and no problems!!it comes with a connection that hooks up to the spark plug wire. | |

| mine works great on my 660 most issues seem to be with the 700's | |

| On the 660's it also depends on the CDI you have also!! | |

| wont work with msd,other than that I think it will work with any,i have the dynatek programmable cdi.the 8068 tach comes with a inductive pick up that goes around your spark plug wire.hope this helps | |

| It won't work with James's buddy's CDI (Hunterworks). It has been 5-6 years since I was trying to get one to work. | |
