700 18 gr. ODs, Gold Spring, Cam, Lost Bottom End

I have a 700 with a cam installed, gold spring, un-greased 18 gr. over drive weights, and 26’’ ITP mayhem mud tires. I have 16 gr. weights, but have yet to install them.

I was riding the outlaw trails in WV, and noticed in some deep mud holes I barely had enough power to turn the tires, I mean worse than stock with the same mud tires! It was all I could do to spin the tires around, I mean I got out, but at very low RPM, they would not spin up. This is unusual, compared to gravel, normal trail riding, and hill climbs, the cam performs awesome and spins the motor up quickly, the loss of low end only happened in deep mud/water holes. Could this be all because of the 18 gr. weights?

Also, I notices on occasion from a stop the motor would rev. just a little higher and the belt would grab and make a chip sound. It is a 2012 with only 750 miles. Any ideas? Thanks for all of the help!

Thanks, I have 16s to put in. I have yet to grease the greaseless weights, but I did buy the correct yamalube grease for it.
