James and Nikki and JBS

Just wanted to write this and say that if you are looking for Rhino parts and want EXCELENT customer service, then dont go to anybody else but JBS. I ordered a bunch of parts not too long ago and there was a mishap on the shipping address and the package was lost in USPS postal hell, subsequntly the package is being returned to sender at this very moment and before JBS even receive the package back to them they boxed up all new parts and shipped them out to me. Nobody does this in this day and age. My hats off to both James and Nikki for being good stand up people and standing behind there name and product and they have a customer for life and i will refer all my rhino buddies to them and them only. Thanks again James and Nikki, i thought i would be waiting a couple weeks but it looks like now i will be riding this weekend.

I have had my rhino now for a year and a half.  When I got my Sheave kit from James and it really turned on, I was hooked.  Now they are my only parts dealers I deal with and im in Louisiana.  Me and my friends cant thank you two enough for the time and effort you put forth helping us with parts and mechanical advice.....  Thanks for the great service... and keep up the great work..  The CoonAss Slingers thank you as well... Lmao

Great people with poor speaker phone service. But I will have to say how ever hard it is talking to both of them on one phone I still enjoy it. my 2 boys always want to be in ear shot when they know I will be talking to them and my daughter always wants to here the pg version after we hang up. And if I want to get all my kids together at the same time and not running the roads I just have to say I'm going to James's house want to go and they are loaded in the truck faster then I can get it started.

I can say that I feel very greatful to know them.  Not just for rhino parts, ideas, etc, but to know them and hang out with them from time to time and ride.  Two of the nicest people I have ever been around.  You just can't beat the service and friendship.  All of the things I've needed answers to since I've known them got answered over the phone free of charge.  I'm talking phone calls that saved me over $100 just so I could ride another day, all the way down to should I chop my cage, and when are we gonna ride again.

It's GREAT to deal with a small family business that has enthusiasm and dedication to the sport.  
That just doesn't happen very often anymore.

i've run a printing business for the past 25 years, and believe me, it's not easy to be in business these days. The enthusiasm you show for your business is what keeps you going.

James and Nikki have been very gracious to me. You can't put a price tag on that!

On that note, I am counting the days until the October Forum Ride so I can finally meet them and other forum members on the trail, where we can all enjoy the great outdoors together!
