| Ok I can get the one you open with screwdriver but how the hell do you get the other one.... I'm about to just take and label all 4 axles and see if maybe alba will do em for me before I blow a gasket | |

| I'm trying to install my longer axles for my mid travel.... But gotta remove stock ones first.... Gonna label em and have alba do em for me I only have one day off a week an trying to squeeze in removing and replacing a arms plus axles wears ones patience thin causing accidents..... Yes I busted my hand good hence my screw it decision LOL | |

You having a hard time getting the stock axles out? They should just pull out straight. Compress the CV by pushing in first then pull quickly out. You shouldn't need any tools....just yank on it and give er hell. | |

| No they are out... the swapping of boots and cvs from stock axles to new axles | |

| If they are not level the comp ring at the end of the shaft inside the housing will bind and not compress and not allow it to pass threw the housing you have to hold the axel level and pull at the same time. It takes some time to get use to but it will come out. | |

| The clean up is the worst part.Good time to double check the cages and CVs for damage though.Mine were spotless after 2000 miles of hard abuse. | |

| just like anything once you've done it once the second time is a breeze. I youtube everything! Even if you can't find the exact video you can usually get something close. I always find a visual extremely useful! | |

| I did the same...never knew what a sheave was till I opened it up. Shit, the first time I flooded my Rhino I took the entire clutch cover off because I didn't know there was a drain. 20 second job too me about an hour. | |
