| You are gonna need more than a cam to do that. Mine hits 61 on a slight downhill. 59 on flat with windshield and 25" Bighorns. Hit a hill and start losing speed. I don't have enough hp to do better. To hit 60+ on flat you will need to do more engine mods than a cam. Todd from Hunterworks says cam, sheave, cdi, and exhaust will do 65. It may do that downhill with 20g weights in it. LOL Stage 1 raptor/stage 2 rhino hotcam is what's in mine. | |

| Hot Rod knows what combos do what. He told me exactly what mine was going to do before he did it. No BS, just facts. | |

| Yeah, I will definitely talk to him before I do anything. I have only had mine for a week and it doesn't have 100 miles on it yet so I will probably wait until July or so to do any motor mods. I am thinking throttle body, cam, ported head to start with. | |

I don't know what happens when you do the ported head. I would imagine that it's a pretty good gain. I took mine to James with 175 on the clock. I just rode it enough to make sure nothing was wrong with it. I plan on doing the TB later. I figured the cam was as far into the engine as I was going to go until I wear it out.

- Put a cam in it. I just done 59 on dirt road today, and it wasn't downhill. 61-62 downhill. It's funny how these run with a cam. Pulls like hell 0-45, then revs hard and sounds like a completely dif. motor from 50 on up. I put 70 miles on it today. I love this thing!
Hey Hump, what size tires you running? I'm not getting the results James says I should be getting. Thx. Randy.

I had 12 miles on my 2013 rhino when i took it to James. he did the sheave/clutch work, same cam and set up that hump has and i got the same results as hump. 59 all out on flat. never did get above that. it accelerates great from 0-40 then slowly builds from there. James has it now and is doing the throttle body make over now. i should get it back next friday and either he or i will post what the difference is at that time. the difference from stock is amazing. i think if i go with, ok, when i go with the ported and polished heads i'll do a crank, rod, piston. i want power, but i want it bullet proof. no weak links in the system. just my two cents.

Hey Hump, what size tires you running? I'm not getting the results James says I should be getting. Thx. Randy. I'm running 25 Bighorns. They measure 25 on the rhino setting on the garage floor with 12psi. That's what most 26s measure. Big tires kill us quick. What kind of speed are you getting? I think you should break 50. Keep in mind that you would be running a few more than that with that big tire because it will throw your speedometer off a few.
