| I bought my Blue 2007 660 SE in September 2011 lightly used, completely stock except for a custom 4 seat cage and rear seats. Here is what she looked like The first item I bought was a Black Rhino CDI, which brought me from hitting the rev limiter at 39mph to no limiter and being able to hit 50mph (downhill with a stiff tailwind). The next addition was an aftermarket lexan windshield which in hind sight was a terrible purchase. I don't remember the exact cost but it was in the ballpark of $250 with shipping. Lexan scratches extremely easy even tho they advertise scratch resistant and after a year it is so scratched up I can't see out of it if the sun hits it. If I had it to do over I would have ponied up the $450 for the safety glass. I also would have bought a winch FIRST...here's why Then it was time for a roof. I took the Rhino down to a local sheet metal shop and had them cut a piece and round the front for $150. I then painted it and used self tapping screws to secure it to the cage. After a one ride I knew I had to do something about the rattle. The sheet metal was too thin and flexed as we went down the trail...it was obnoxious! The solution was super easy. I went down to the fabric store and bought headline fabric and spray glue. While I was at it I ran wires for dome lights under the fabric for a clean look. Ten minutes later I had a headliner and dome lights...Reinstalled and no more rattle Next was for some lights so I could see at night. I couldn't bring myself to pay big bucks for a lightbar so I went down to Walmart and installed four lights for $40ish. Just bolted them to the brace on the windshield and they look like they were designed to be there and worked great! Before After After riding for a few months I was really disappointed with the suspension. I would bottom out in the back going at a snails pace. The shocks were weak and simply couldn't handle the weight. Once again there was no way in hell I was going to spend big money on shocks. I read that guys were having good results with the Teryx shocks and they were only $100 on Ebay so I went with a set. I couldn't be any happier with the results. I haven't bottomed out since. DISCLAIMER - these are NOT bolt and go shocks. ASK lots of questions about them before you decide to go with them!! Front Rear Then came the JBS complete clutch! I lucked out and had a friend that was selling his Rhino. We swapped clutches and I paid very little for the complete set up which included machine sheave, new 700 camplate, greasless weights and sliders, purple spring and new 700 belt. Most of us on here already know but this should be one of, if not the first, mod any Rhino owner should do. I'll tell you it beats the hell out of dealing with this! Now this winter I have been buying a few items that I've wanted. I found a set of aluminum fixed doors for $250. I just (today) bought four new RZR seats for $220 shipped. This next picture is what my Rhino looks like today. I know it looks like I've moved backwards but I've started to tear it down for a complete overhaul. I'm painting all the plastics, painting the cage, new doors, new seats, nerf bars, brake pads, skid plates, and getting ready for spring. Should be a new machine when I'm done.

| Create a Photobucket account (free) and upload all your photos to that. Then click on a pic (still in photobucket) the image code will be provided for the photo on the right. Click on the image code, which will automatically copy the code, then paste that into your post on the forum. | |

| I'll take a couple pics in the morning. Super easy to do. I went to Joann's Fabric and asked someone what to use. They make headliner fabric and headliner spray glue....really a no brainer. Just don't spray too much glue. The roll was wider and longer than the roof so I glued it down then used a razor blade to cut the edges. | |

| Good Story-Line for those thinking about updates and mods to these endless project we have taken on as a hobby or sport. What color have you decided to spray your Rhino. You ought to think about black & white w/ a star on the doors (Pokahpolice); I know; your no copper! Just having fun with ya Poka. Look forward to seeing it when your done. | |

| Do those RZR seats have any RZR emblems or anything like that on them, or any way to tell they are actually RZR seats. I don't think I could put anything that did in my Rhino, but those look like great seats. | |

| Nope...straight up black seats. If I didn't tell you they were RZR seats you wouldn't know it. They look awesome! Can wait to get them installed. | |
