On my exhaust welds, should I go completely flat or leave a little and round them off ?

| Completely flat would flow better Id be worried about it breaking at the welds if you went too much maybe james or someone will chime in but i might just take some off and round it to be safe.. i never had stock exhaust so not sure how much id take. my .02 | |

I went flush, being very careful not to take any material away from the tubing, just bead material.

| rotary file in die grinder, X2 on the outside weld, on the next weld if you leave a small crack for your weld to penetrate you should have very little clean up on the inside an a stronger weld also a flapper disc on a small 4" grinder does great on clean up where it will reach | |

| I had an order sitting at JBS waiting to ship, so I just had Him add donuts gaskets to it. After I got it out tho, I didn't need them. I'm still waiting on diff seal, so It will be a little bit before I put it back together. | |

| Can't wait to fire mine up and see how much difference it makes. Was very surprised at how big the weld was.
I did not not grind mine completely flat. I left just a little hump, then rounded it off and polished.
