| I'm running 29.5's on my rhino and they are rubbing really hard in my front fender wall. I'm worried about them rubbing thru the plastic. I've heard of people heating up the inner fender and bending it in some. Will this work? And has anyone done this already and how it stands up to normal wear n tear ???? Thanks | |

| 10" wide. Only when I turn. But my 28's rub when I turn and hit holes at the same time as well. Wish someone made a set of +1 forward a arms for the front. Problem solved. | |

| Thought about using the stainless or aluminum. But I don't want to tear up my tires a lot. Those terminators are soft. | |

| This is an interesting topic. The heat gun is a good idea. I've read about how some guys use a basketball to help form the affected area. Supposedly, the basketball helps make a nice, gentle curve. | |

| a softball would be better....its a larger surface. I have heated plastic before to remold it (not Rhino plastic). Best thing to do is get it warm all the way though then push it a little. Go slow cause you can always heat more but its hard to fix once you have gone to hot. Also have a spray bottle near by with water in it. once you get the shape you want hit it with just a spray or 2 of water to set the outer skin in shape and let the rest air cool. Its not like metal where it becomes real brittle doing that. | |
