| Zillas or mudlites. If you looking for a light tire. My opinion is a bighorn. I'd say that probably the most preferred out of them all for all terrain.
If you going to do some soupy mud play, get a zilla or mudlite. Just my 2 cents.

| i put 25" bighorns on mine at the beginning of the season and love them so far. 7/8" tread and a lot better ride than stock tires. i ride tight wooded trails and river mud; haven't gotten stuck yet but only try 1' deep mudholes too old to get out and slosh around in the mud | |

| without a lift kit and taller tires, though, the biggest challenge is ground clearance i've high-centered more than getting stuck. momentum helps you get through it | |

| Bighorns are probably the most versatile tire. They seem to work real good on a Rhino that sees a variety of terrain and a little mud. Now if the scales tip more mud for you then consider a Zilla. They are lightweight so they won't rob too much power. I have also run the Radial Outlaw with good results, although the Radial Outlaw is on the heavier side of the tire spectrum. They work real good in a variety of terrain, including hardpack. It is my opinion that both the Zilla and the Radial Outlaw have to be spun faster to make them hook up noticeably harder in mud than a comparable size Bighorn. If you are talking about peanut butter mud, well the best bet is to stay out of it with a Yamaha Rhino... lol! The Rhino is way too heavy and way too underpowered to effectively navigate much peanutbutter mud. The Rhino works best for pulling other poor souls out of the peanutbutter mud! haha! I'll also throw a bone out there for the MudLite XL or XTR. Both of those tires seem to work well on a Rhino. There are a lot of options, as you probably know. I tend to be a Bighorn or Zilla guy just because that is the look and performance I prefer. I also like a lightweight tire so that my acceleration is affected the least amount as possible for trail riding. If you just ride mud hole to mud hole, then your needs are going to be different. Heavier big-lugged tires are going to work better. I have also run a 27" Outlaw with great success. They are fairly lightweight and ride ok, but their handling isn't too good. Good luck with your search! | |

| Right on about the Mega Meyhams!
As for the lift, I have run the CFM for a year or so with no axle problems. I have also run the 3" Catvos lift for about a year. My total axle count is at 2, but that is mostly due to the fact I run 30" tires with a healthy high compression 734cc motor, and one hell of a heavy right foot! LoL

| Anyone have have opinions on the Sedona Ripsaws? I just asked my local Yamaha guy about the ITP radials and he has them but his #1 selling tire is the ripsaw foor Rhinos. $450 for 25's and $525 for 26's. I was thinking of going with 26 inchers. Nick
And they are radials also.

| i just put on a set of 28" zillas I have a few hundred miles on them now an so far I love them they handle good thru the woods an pull in the mud I would no hesitate to buy them again if you are looking for a true 27" tire an end up deciding on zillas than I would buy 28s as the zillas run small just so u know | |

| I run 26" Pro Comp on 14" rims. I am pleased with wear, handling, and pulling power whether in mud or climbing a hill. Never had them in snow yet. | |

they might take a small amount of power away but they are one of the lightest mud tires out there my rhino turns them no problem im not running a lift my rhino cleared 29.5s with out a lift.as far as top speed im running anywhere from 54 to 56 mph on flat ground with my mods. never drove my rhino with stock tires when I got it it had 29.5 swamplites on it I droped tire size to the 28 zillas as I made it a 4 seater I don't think its top heavy I say buy 28 because my 28 zillas measure 27" with a tape so they do run small
