450 snorkel advice

Just started on snorkeling my 450 since I flooded belts this past weekend. Got belt intake and good start on belt exhaust. My question is for carb. I see some use 1.5 and some use 2". I have the 2.5" flex hose run under the hood right now. I know this May take trial and error just looking for a few tips. Also I've found plent of photos but could anyone tell me how they are attaching PVC to air box? Thanks in advance.

Thanks yeh that's what I have now. Could have been a lil more clear lol. I am going to change and have the snorkels between the seats just above bed. Is it the shorter distance that makes me have to down size intake snorkel?

Yeh that's about how deep I got this weekend on accident and flooded belts. Don't want it to happen again!!

I used a rubber coupler bought at Lowe's
