700 Rhino throttle body problems

Hey guys Im new to this site and Im having a couple issues with my 700 rhino and just wanting to get some advice.so here goes,I have a 700 fi. all stock engine,and ive been having idling problems such as will idle perfect but if you pat the gas quickly and let off it will some times  stall,This is real aggravating when you in a tight spot.another is after riding for a while sometimes it starts idling real high.

I adjusted my TPS and its reading 19 and 98 still didn't help.I was told that the ISC vale was going bad.Of coarse you cant buy just the valve you have to buy the whole throttle bodyI also checked for vaccum leaks or loose clamps.Runs great when your in the throtte.I tried a couple other tricks on the ISC but long story short now the end of the Isc is broken.So I plugged the port up that the Isc covers up.and put the isc back on .Help LOL.Is there any other easy was to bypass this or will doing so hurt anything? Thanks
