Real nice Mike, we got 6" today,should get 2 more tomorrow and then cold high Sat -15c(5*f)going for a ride.

theres talk of a possible noreaster this wkend

not here. the only place to snow ride is on the roads while there plowing. so the rhino is getting covered in road grime , slush and salt unless I decide to hit the golf coarse. I stay away from the farm land I respect the farmers property and I don't give a rats ass about the golf coarse yuppies.

yes they are. I had 220 acres of farm land and woods with trails across the street from me until the farmer died and his kids sold out. now I have 200 single homes and a 18 hole golf coarse across from me...how awesome is that.... 

they used to let people up here ski on the public courses in winter. haven't checked recently.

i always found golfing a good excuse to get hammered with the boys and turn over golf carts  

^^...that's why I always went ....to drink beer , and raise hell on the carts !!!...

There is a lot of farm land around me. I ride at a moderate speed, on the head lands. When I see a farmer out on his property, I ride right up to him, and ask if it's ok to ride the headlands. I tell him I have no intention of ruining his crops and respect his property. Never had a problem, and you meet some pretty nice folks that way. 

that will never happen around me too many ignorant people ruined that for the rest of us. ive worked on a few farms and every year people steal corn stalks for fall decorations plus people dont realize that there is a differance between people corn and cattle corn. ive seen people make trails right thru a corn field no respect jus ran over the stalks.so i dont blame the farmers 1 bit for banning everyone.

Yes, that happens too.

It happens some people are uncaring,or access is granted, then it turns into a nightmare sometimes they bring friends who bring friends. Then nobody wins.

in our area they are making atv trespassing punishment more severe.
destruction of croplands has a really stiff penalty.
people don't realize you can also be cited for reckless operation, OVI and even (improper) carry of a firearm on an atv.
the people who disrespect other persons' property rights are going to ruin it for the rest of us.

in the state of ohio, if you carry in a vehicle you are supposed to unload the magazine and keep it separate from the firearm, whether or not you have concealed carry.

it is also illegal to maintain a loaded magazine for a rifle in a motor vehicle!

wow that's b.s.... mr. carjacker can you please wait a second. I need to put my magazine in my gun so I can defend myself from you. F that.

really! i couldn't believe it either.
a guy in the area that teaches concealed carry has a talk show and he was talking about it.
that's one of the reasons they're trying to pass stand-your-ground laws here i guess  

Pretty crazy, here in Utah I can walk down the street with my 45 on my hip with a full magazine as long as there is not one in the chamber.
