| I'm looking to trade up. If you don't mind sharing, what kind of deal did you get? | |

| Well considering it was a leaftover 12', I think I got took on the price of MSRP which was $12,999. But, I stripped the 450 of all the goodies but the itp wheels, armour alled the pee out of it, and they gave me $5k trade in. It was a 08' with about 3k miles on it with a busted floor and a smashed in tailgate. I bought it new for $7600 total out the door, so it seemed like a real good deal to me. If you trade, strip it down of all the extras first. | |

| I bought my 2011 Rhino 700 Sport in August of 2011. I paid $11,199 for it. That was the best deal I could find in my area. | |

| I don't mind if it's a left over as long as I can get the best deal I can. | |

The Sport model does have a lot of nice features. They don't make the "Sport" model for 2013 anymore (at least that I am aware). The closest thing you can get in a 2013 is the Tactical Black Special Edition, which comes with the upgraded reservoir shocks and aluminum wheels. Earlier Rhino 700 Sport editions had these features: reservoir shocks, aluminum wheels, fender flairs, bed rails, roof, LED tail lights with backup lights, special front bumper, and water dipped plastics (2008 midnight armor, 2009 red armor, 2011 white armor, 2012 sandstone). The 2012 Sport model also included a removable, battery operated, dome light in the roof. The 2013 Tactical Black Special Edition Rhino 700 gets the good shocks and the lightweight aluminum wheels, but that is it as far as I know. They do not come with a roof or the LED tail lights or the fender flairs; they share the standard front bumper. They also have a slightly lower MSRP of $12,999 versus the 2012 model year's $13,399 MSRP. The Sport or Special Edition is a good buy if you are going to leave it alone... lol. Don't be like me and spend all the extra money on the higher end model just to change it out a year later! The only remnant of the Sport left on my Rhino are the plastics and the tail lights. I think I did this the most expensive way possible... hahaha! | |
