| sounds like it needs a good cleaning. maybe a carb rebuild kit, prob wouldn't hurt to spend the 50$ to clean it and rebuild it at the same time. that should take care of the problem. | |

| The old rule on tuning a Carb is to do it in the same weather that you do most of your riding. any altitude change will efect it, and cool temps and warm temps will be differant. | |

depends on your climate and when you ride. if you jet in the summer and ride in the winter, be sure not to go too lean. x2 on altitude. | |

| ok so he rejetted it.. it was 20 needle and 68 jet. he changed it to 22 needle and 70 jet. but on jet swap, he showed me how the jet was just in by one thread . so i was thinkin it be at the bottom of the bowl and not being able to suck fuel due to the fact that is was resting on the floatbowl plug. but i guess he will have to see. and oh ya its not a factory carb its an edlbrock.. i serviced his sheave for him and gladly let him know that its time for a new one. JBS gets a new customer haha, thanks again guys | |
