KMS slug kit

tried installing slugs into new OEM wet clutch shoes.
the instructions say they are tapered and only fit in one way, also says to press in with a vise.

my slugs drop in either direction and i do not have to press in. they fall right out if i turn upside down.

what is the problem.

any ideas.

James could you heat an melt slugs an pour to keep from moving

now that i put it all together i can see that the shoes dont open far enough for the slugs to fall out. the discs hold them in the hole.

I put red loctite around the weights and installed it in new oem shoes
