| For all of you that hate the big aluminum spacer on the rear of the new rhinos, here is an easy way to convert it back to stock using what you already have, and not having to remove the hub. First remove spacer from hub. Will require a 19mm wrench and a 14mm socket, remover all 4 bolts, will help if you lock the parking break.
After you have removed the spacer you are going to press the studs out. When I pressed mine out they came out very easy, if you don’t have a press its highly possible you can use a vise, if you don’t have a vise next option would be heavy headed hammer just make sure you screw a lug nut on first incase you damage the tip of the stud you can back it off to clean the threads, just place on solid surface and one good smack should loosen it. After the studs have been removed, remove the spacer that was with each stud you will not reinstall it, install the studs through the back of the hub through the holes that the spacer was bolted toAfter stud is through use washer between hub and lug nut(make sure lug nut is backwards so flat side is against washer) spray a little wd40 or equivalent on threads and groves of stud for smooth install. Use ratchet and tighten down to pull stud through hub, when finished you will fell it bottom out on hub surface, repeat till done.
After my conversion was finished I measured the hubs front and back, and you will need a 1” spacer on the back to track the front and rear perfect. But depending on what width of tires or wheels you want to run you may not want the spacer.
