Shock bolts

I noticed the rear bottom shock bolt is rubbing on the axle you can see the axle where it is rubbing its only when the suspension is at a certain point. any ideas wats wrong anything bent I will try to get pic soon any help would be great

have ever removed the rear spindles ? if u put them on upside down and have a life it will make it rub.

or the lower a arm where the shock bolts...seen that too

Mine had the same problem it was on backwards. But when i went to try to flip it around it was stuck in the bushing and took a sledgehammer and a punch to bust the bad boy out. Finally got it now waiting on a new bushing from fox but mine was rubbing my cv boot and would twist it up i fixed the driver side also and it fixed my rubbing issue so maybe we have the same problem
