660 motor build questions

Im thinking about rebuilding the top end on my rhino 660. im thinking of the 686 kit from alba, stage 2 raptor cam, and clean the ports up on the head while its apart. is there anything else that i need to look at while doing this build? I have a exhaust already, filter, and cdi. any other information would be appreciated.
