real sad

right now just got back from seeing one of my VERY BEST friends of about 30 yrs losing his battle with pancreatic cancer, hard to believe he can be so strong, while i'm a blubbering idiot, really sucks really makes you take a hard look at your life, family and friends so very presious (yes i cant spell hope you know what i mean), hard to see him being so strong for his family knowing he wont be with use in a few days , such a terrible waste , but what a great friend he is , hoping for maybe a couple more days, sorry if i depressed anyone but dont take family and friends for granted please

soo sorry man! i know what you mean and i know how you feel. i lost a good friend to cancer a couple years ago he was 38 and had 3 kids. it does open your eyes and really make you take a long hard look at your life.

SOrry man, I just lost a friend of mine he had brain cancer and he seemed to be doing well then within a week he was too bad to walk and function. its sad and quick.

sorry to hear that...prayers for the family and friends...lost one of my best friends the same way...his side started hurting just a little bit and was gone in 6 weeks...love your family while you can...everybody should text your whole family right now and tell them you love them!!!..i am....i feel blessed to have all my friends here too!!!

so sad, our prayers are with his family and friends, I have an uncle fighting bone cancer and the treatments are making him so sick and suffered a stroke last week, cherish every moment you have with your family and great friends

My friend here that I work with is in the hospital three years after half his jaw was removed,in and out chemo,radiation and now he is on the 5th floor here for the terminal. I feel for you and your friend and offer you my support.

i am soo sorry for your loss. that is a illness that is sad for all. I worked on hospital floors and was a nurse for people with cancer. i lost several people. as their nurse, i went home with tears in my eyes also.

Sorry to hear that. One of my best friends lost his wife to cancer almost a year ago. It is really tough to see someone go like that.

I'm sorry to hear that brother what I've always heard is what doesn't kill you only makes you stronger, and God doesn't put anything on you that you can't handle.... I'm sure you're in no mood for philosophy so my suggestion is to find happiness in a childs eyes. thats where happiness lives.
