well for mountain sleds usually you gear down so you top out at 75-80 mph. unless you're in the 200 hp and up category. then you can gear higher. which is a ton of fun but man they react QUICK. lol learned that one real fast. but for flat lander sleds and lake racers they will top out at 110+ but actual speed and track speed are completely different. as when climbing I don't really know what my actual speed is sometimes its probably 5 to 10 mph with a track speed of 50. . | |

| Firefighter , they are. My old SRX 700 I had doing over 100 in a field  the fun part is running down a snow covered road at 70 and the sled is darting around because the snow is packed and other sleds have run down the road also. | |

| No an injury didn't get me to stop sledding. I sold a bunch of stuff to buy land and build a new house. I sold Toyota rock crawler 07 Cummins Yamaha SRX 700 sled Yamaha Kodiak 450 I tell my wife she made me sell them  and that I'm going to get them all back one day. I did buy Rhino since then.  | |
