Video and pics don't do it justice first hand it went from 2 seconds of funny to 12hrs of worried and a friend with a shitty looking hand. I will say when I got in his rhino after it happened and loaded it up she fired right up and the only damage was a busted seat latch which is plastic and slight bend on the drivers side corner of front bumper. Hell the worst damage came from Kevin ramming a RZR in the ass on the first race in the first turn and it bent the passenger side front bumper corner in a good couple inches.

I'm glad your O.K. aside from the obvious! Nasty looking break. Also praying for a speedy and full recovery for you. Just remember, that which doesn't kill you only serves to make you stronger. But as you get older, it makes you hurt a hell of a lot more. All the best!!!

haha, when i posted pics on facebook one of my buddies first comment was that my sex life just decreases 50%.
bad thing about it is that its all my fault. ive spent a ton of money on go fast parts and none on safety, just a simple 4 point harness would have probably prevented this. im trying to figure out now whether or not i am keeping it. my wife wants me to sell it and buy a pair of grizzlies.

i would think the rhino would be safer than the quads, especially with a 4-point harness. i think your first (natural) reaction was to try to "break" your fall by putting your hand down, and it got caught up in the cage. you've got a few weeks to figure it all out. don't make a decision you'll regret later.

Kevin, I have a set of 4 point crow harnesses ill give to you. But you gotta keep the rhino. Lmao. Just a little donation to your cause. They are red. Let me know.
Remember, keep ya arms n legs in the vehicle at all times!!!!!! Lmao.
Speedy recovery and back in the saddle again!!!!!
But the million dollar question is, how was she running before she wanted to take a nap??

Well she was running good and got off the line faster than before and didnt get left as bad in the straights but you could tell it was a war of CC's in my opinion. I told him after the first race if he just had the 734 bbk it would have been a level playing field and he could have afforded to actually slow down on the jumps and hammer the straights. I will say a person shouldnt attend events like that with the mind set I wouldn't ever want to do something like this because after this weekend even with the late night with my friend in the ER and the emergency surgery and lack of sleep now I want to spend about $4k myself on ported head, 734 bbk, ported TB and Alba exhaust and a sign that says "hows my ass look from back there" for the Rzr's and the Teryks to see. I think that is the only way to get it done and then it wouldnt be fair for them to be beat by only 734cc's.

well i went and got my casts swapped out yesterday and took some pics of it. on the way there we stopped and looked at some new grizzlies and we both decided to keep the rhino, it better suits our needs. here are the pics my wife took.

I've have poped both lungs, broke my left arm 2x(2 plates and 12 screws), broke my nose 4x(2 surgery's), 2 concusssions, which has put me in the hospital for about 2 months total out of my 40yrs. I feel your pain bro, but you will heal fine and be ready for the next injury and of course arthrittis in that hand in your old age...lol...get well!

Ouch hope you have a speedy recovery. I don't understand why those doctors leave the stitches so long you will snag them on stuff & trust me it hurts I cut my stitches out of my fingers cause the skin started going around them and it became really sore.

thanks for all the well wishes. i dont think i am going to have to worry about snagging these on anything for a while with the amount of wrap they put on. you can barely see my thumb sticking out.
