660 miss at part throttle

I have a 660 and noticed a slight miss at part throttle, say at 20mph or so. It runs fine at wide open ect. I didn't notice it before I installed the Dynatek cdi, I think it is more pronouncded now. It is bone stock beside the cdi, sheave, and uni filter, stock jetting, fuel pump ect. Gas is good, 87 octane. Starts good pulls hard.

Anyone ever heard of this? I was going to change the plug and see if that helps, just curious if anyone has had the same issue.

take the box back off and try it

I had a weird mid range miss once... after you test the CDI box as suggested take a look at #15 in this pic:

Mine was plugged up a little and dirty... once I cleaned it up bam no more miss.
