| I am getting ready to pick up my 660 Rhino. It will mostly be a work vehicle around the house. I need to be able to plow my gravel driveway this winter and I will need to get a plow. If you plow with yours how does it do and what plow do you use. My driveway is about 750' long so it needs to be tough. Thanks for any help you can provide.

| i just found an old lawn mower plow and built all my own attachment points for it. Its a bit narrow when its angled side (its just as wide as the rhino when its fully angled). My Rhino had a cheap 3000lb winch on the front when i got it and im still running that. I will run that till it dies then go with a viper winch from Flimmy. Im going to build full doors for mine for the winter and enclose the whole thing to to keep the wind from making it any colder than what it is already. A few guys even run cab heaters but im not too worried about doing that yet. | |

- I have a 72" eagle plow that I am very happy with. the mount is easy enough to take on and off that I remove it after the winter to I don't bust it up in the summer while riding. the plow mounts to the rhino right under the front bumper no need to crawl under the rhino like some models with long push tubes. I have had this plow for 3 years now and 100% problem free. I bought it off ebay on eagle plows ebay store. not sure if they still have it. I can tell you come early winter plow prices will go up so buying now is a good idea. the other nice thing about the eagle is it lifts really high. which means you can make your piles bigger and you can load it on a trailer without removing the plow. the plows with the long push tubes do not lift as high.

Man that is nice. I can't believe how high that lifts. Thanks for the responses so far. Some good food for thought. I want to be ready when the snow flies. Henry

| part of the reason mine lifts soo high is because of my warn bumper. my winch is mounted much higher then most. with the winch in the normal location it will still lift higher then the plows with the push tubes. the plows flimmy sells mount the same way. my winch in a rt3000. and you will also need a plow strap for the winch a normal cable will snap during your first time plowing. | |

Mike what is a plow strap? On my Kodiak I plow with now I just use my winch. How does the plow strap attach to the winch. Thanks again for the information. Oh and I really like how your Rhino is set up. Looks great. Oh never mind. I found what a plow strap is. Great idea. Another item to put on the list. Henry

| a 72" plow is heavier then a 48" plow and the constant up and down of the cable on the roller fairlead in the same place over and over will cause the cable to snap. a plow strap is a flat nylon strap that attaches to the end of your winch line after removing the hook then you wind the winch up and the strap glides on the roller instead of your winch cable. the strap will not break like the cable will.
thanks the rhino looks much different now.

The other plow is a clearance and I can't save you as much Can you P.M. me the best price on the second one and the moto plow strap including shipping to 49221. Does it include everything to bolt it onto the Rhino. I would just need a winch and I would be all set? Thanks, Henry
