| I saw that. I'm thinking of having one of those guys that write on grains of rice come and just repaint the sticker for me. A little custom flair that nobody else on the trail will have. | |

| I kinda wish I had made the bracket itself a little stronger but to be honest I just want to ride the damn thing. Considering there wasn't anything wrong with it and the bar itself was bent and completely ripped from the frame I think I may have handled the troublemaker in this situation. As long as it makes it through the next ride I'll consider it a success. | |

| That looks like a very sturdy weld and will never be an issue again. | |

| I have orderd the same diff bracket as you, and have read that the ears can break, I was thinking since you had the welder out you could add a little more strength to it. | |

Grassy-ass, señor. It made it through a pretty decent ride last night, seems to be holding up. I picked up a little exhaust leak but I think it's at the joint where the header meets the muffler. I'll look into bracing the brace but since I'm running 25" Mud Lites I see this breakage as more of a fluke than something I'll have to worry about. | |

| I broke the brackets at the rear differential earlier this year, I made all new brackets and welded them into place, I also changed the mounting bolts to 1/2 inch........ | |

| All that 26HP just can't be contained in these things.lol Glad to see you got it up and going.Be sure to check those bolts even with that diff support on it.The first one I fixed broke the bosses off the bottom of the diff. before I decided to cut the mounts out and bridge the top 2 together. That was a dumb design that was partially fixed on the 700 models.I just caught this post this morning.I've got pics up of redoing one of these in my section. | |
