Lots of ways you can do it.  I did what Hotrod told me that way I could still run the same roofs and get a little more windshield rake.  Love how it turned out.

I took close to 4 1/2" out of mine.  I'm 6' tall.  Hotrods mowhawk almost rubbed when he sat in mine, so keep that in mind.   I sat in mine and had my wife measure from the top of my head to the cage to decide how much lower I could go and still have a little room for movement when the going gets rough.  You don't want to bump your head on the top of the cage at 40 mph.  I would say that doesn't feel good.

Im like 5'7 so i may be able to do 6" !!
