| im going to be pulling the motor out of my rhino tonight looking for a few tips mostly on how to remove driveshafts do I need to pull the diffs to get the shafts off the motor? an any other tips that will make it go smooth. thanks guys | |

| It is for sure easier if you drop the bolts in the front diff and move it forward enough to get the driveshaft out. | |

| when I did mine didn't ask an ended up taking back diff/axles out , then read about moving front to get drive shaft out live an learn also I took motor loose from mount believe taking mount loose from frame would be faster/easier, one more thing freezer bags made to write on , as u break down u can put bolts from each section an label helps keeping things in write place going back together, good luck | |

| well got it pulled out.. not a bad job at all think the worse part is getting to the front diff bolts to drop it down other than that its a fairly easy job.. think i may have a problem with my primary sheave when i pulled it apart most of the grease was all thru the clutch cover and all over the support cage. anyone know why the grease came out of the clutch? oring was in place as where all the little screws that hold the cover on the clutch and its yamalube clutch grease. | |

| that could be i thought i used about the same amout as i did when i first installed the jbs sheave an when i pulled it 500 miles later to service it it was fine but this time grease was everywhere | |

| I just hope it was just something as harmless as a little extra grease,you didn't mention any performance issues. | |
