| I am looking for a few things and want to know if there is any feedback on where is the best to get some items, or what items to stay away from.
Long range project: -4 seater conversion with removable cage extension -Snow Plow kit -Aftermarket Wheels -Lights -Stereo -BIG BORE/STROKER Motor Build
Short Term: -JBS Sheave (don't know which wt# OD to run) -Wheel Spacers (don't have the recall spacers, looking for Aluminum, looking for info on sizes also) -Tire Choice (Kind of like the knock off Bighorns from Artrax, 25" or 26"?) -Winch (have a message out to Flimmy to see what he has to suggest) -Wet Clutch (replacement shoes + Slug Kit)
Gotta build it slowly, so the Financial Advisor (wife) doesn't go crazy.
Thank you all for any input.

| I can help with the lights , plow and winch. Just need to know the budget on ea so you can get the best bang for the buck.
Don't forget if you need seats or harnesses I can get them also.

| I don't really have a budget that is set in stone. Maybe if I give my intended uses that might push in the right direction...
I want to be able to use the machine to hunt with (turkey, archery whitetail, and gun whitetail). I intend to use the machine on some local trails and the trails near my buddies cabin. My mother has a small farm that I intend to use it around as well as some light yard work at my house (1+ acre). With these uses in mind, I don't want the machine to be very loud, and I also don't want something that is top-end only. I also don't want something that is going to tear up the yard too bad with light work.
I want the machine to be as bullet proof as possible, keep in mind that I have Honda ATCs ('84 ATC 200M, '84 200X, '85 200X) and they all run after nearly 30 years. I raced motocross for a number of years, so I know my way around a carb and also how to tear into a top-end and cams. I have some experience with lower ends, but it is limited.
I have never left anything stock for very long. My last pro-privateer YZ450F ('07) has nearly $15K invested. Also have a fully customized 2009 Harley Road Glide with 112HP/117TQ, and a 2012 Harley Screamin Eagle Ultra that is making power (100HP/119TQ). A lifted 2500HD that I have only put 18K miles on in 7 years. BUT now I have a 4 month old daughter, so I am limiting my toy budget.

| Welcome to the forum! I use my rhino for exactly all the things you listed pretty much in the same order and mine has been bullet proof and it isn't loud and seems to have enough power for most with no loss in low end and top speed is 61mph bouncing off rev limiter. All my mods are listed in my sig have fun looks like you already have been bit by the bug on everything else you own too!
Something is about to give for me though cause I want MORE power and suspension travel as I am riding trails more and more and everything else less and less so Yamaha has till summer and then my 2012 Rhino will be up for sale!

| Wheels? Man I love my Douglas Diablo beadlocks and the Big Horns too. However, my top speed dropped from 67 to 62 going from the stock 25" tires to the 26" Big Horns. Gil | |
