| Getting ready to install Raptor cam in my 700 and was wondering if there was any good vids to review before hand. Didn't really find anything to good on the web. Anyone know of a good site? Pretty much a knuckle buster mechanic. Thanks. | |

| Be sure and tie the chain up to the cage somehow , so it won't come off the bottom gear !! After lining everything up , we used a sharpie and made our own "marks"...just to be sure nothing moved. The tappet tool really makes it easier adjusting the valves , too !! | |

| Scott, is that the 'off-set feeler gauges' or the 'tappet valve tool' or both? Never had heard of a tappet tool and looked on flea-bay? | |

| Looked on the bay just now...didn't see what I'm talking about....maybe James will pipe in , and tell ya the name brand of the tool. If you do a search for motorcycle valve adjusting tool , you'll see what I'm talking about. Regular feelers will work. | |

| It allows you to break loose the jamb nut and adjust the valve with one tool in one go. | |

| Yep, Motion Pro, seen them advertise. Wondered how they worked, looked like a socket on a breaker-bar. Sounds like a nifty tool to have in the tool chest. Thanks. | |

| x2 on the witness marks as per scott; take a picture with everything in place and marked for reference before you tear it down. | |
