| 09 rhino. Great power off the line up to 30mph. After that you can here the motor rev up quickly to 36-38 and then all over the rev limiter. It used to top out at 48. I shattered a belt not to long ago and it's never been right since. Replaced the wet clutch late last year but I'm lost. Stock CDI. Only improvement is in the clutch work. What y'all think??? | |

| Hows your belt ,is it an oem? sheaves all clean maybe james or someone will chime in but its a place to start. When i bought my rhino they left the bolts in the secondary and it didn't run right a few ideas since you mentioned wasn't right since belt shattered. hope it helps, or some else will | |

| Could a piece of the old belt be caught in the secondary? Make sure the belt is coming all the way to the top of the primary when you rev her up. | |

| Replaced belt, wet clutch about 100 miles ago when it broke. New oem belt in it. I only run Yamaha oil. When the belt broke, i cleaned n serviced everytjing and replaced The parts. Haven't really ran it good cause the fuel pump was out. Got the motor purring like a kitten and now this issue. Just wondering if anyone had this issue before. I hope it's just a flipped weight. Guess ill unseal everything n take a look. Hate unsealing my belt drive. | |

| Every single weight is flipped. Idk if I installed them wrong or what but that's the issue. | |

| Yea. I don't know if I installed them wrong or they flipped when I was trying to figure out the fuel pump issue. Cause it was jumping all over and the clutch was making some serious noises thru the snorkles. But anyways, James needs to call me back ASAP. I still have a little divot in my new fixed sheave and now my machined sheave and I wanna know what's the deal on that. | |
