The first building is my shop, With a guest room. The building in back is my house. I have just under 3 acres, It's not much, But it is PAID for!

thanks did you ever make it up to the sierra's when you lived in Simi? It takes me 4 hours but towing the rhino its about 5.5 hours, remember the 55mph towing speed, bet ya dont miss that...lol

i hear ya, like I said mine is a small cheap home, but it worth alot due to my view with 1/3 acre and living on open space. a buddy just bought a house built in 1966 1700 sq ft 3 bed 2 ba, no land for 570k. its a joke out here, but its where my family moved to in the 50's from WV and Kentucky, they are still here so I am too!
