| Hello to all! Found this site searching after some utube videos on clutch maintence. I will admit I started over at the "other" Rhino forum first but like this one much better! Been a guest most of this week and decided it was time to join, thanks for nice site! The wife and I( I have to include her cause she makes the payments!) have a pretty much stock 08 with the exception of some 26" bighorns and dune star paddles. I should also mention it has 3700 miles! We use our Rhino! Home and the dunes is around 4500' and the mountains get as high as 10000'! I want upgrades! Exhaust, MSD and clutching but I dont know in which order would be the most benifit? Of course the answer is all at once but I cant talk the wife into that second job yet! Exhaust, I want to help the motor breathe but not sound like a monster truck during hunting season! Do quiet cores work? I do want a full system too. Clutching? What a world of confusion! Greased or dry? OD weights 16g, 18g? I dunno! Any and all help/advice will be great! Thanks in advance, Donnie in Utah | |

| Ok, but which order should I do them? Sheave CID then exhaust? Do I need a new sheave or just weights? Which exhaust? Is MSD the best? | |

| Welcome Aboard!!! I went with sheave first because top speed does not interest me, 44mph is enough, I'm usually crawling through the woods or flooring it down a straight away, theres not enough space for me to go any faster, I need the low end power the most out of it all. | |

| Sorry first for not saying welcome to the site my fault I kinda got side track and was just trying to help with your question but I would also go with the sheave first and James's sheave is the best (bad ass) mod and the fuel controller you really don't need till you start doing engine mods. If you call James he will put you on the track you want to be on he is the one stop shop one call does it all. Lol | |

| Welcome! Yeah, you need to start with the cdi and sheave. The JBS sheave is the best mod you can do to a rhino. If you are only going to do one thing, that is it. Just incase you didn't know James is the owner of JBS, and is known as WV Hot Rod Rhino to us. | |
