Gorilla axle company

Well I sent my right rear axle to gorilla cause their length was to short. Now that they have the axle in their possession I can't get the anyone to call me back. If I don't hear something this week looks I will be making a road trip to Monroe Louisiana. I bet if I drive there the asshole in me will shine bright. Nearly $900 in rear axles and they can't return an effin phone call. Come on. Does anyone have any suggestions?

WOW, Sorry to hear that, I have bought axles from them for years and have'nt had any problems. I have even sent quite a few back that broke the axle and they only charged me for a C/V kit. I would also show up in person and get to the bottom of it. Good luck.

Hate to hear that bud! It's a shame when a company will not provide good customer service. Even though I'm from Louisiana, I have no problem badmouthing a company from here or any where for that matter. Relax; don't get your blood pressure up; maybe it will work out OK. That's my hope anyway!

Yea I'm sure it will also. Just sucks I have been on hold and left messages and never get any kind of contact. I would talk about how great they are if they would just update me.

Axle came in and got it installed. Took it for a test drive and tried several different things to get it to pull out. Seems to be A Ok now.
