| I finally got around installing my sheave got everything back together. started up and hit the gas pedal and made a lil noise like something was lose like a rattle. But it doesn't do it all the time seems like it performs all good I get about 48-49 mph went for about a 1 mile ride everything performs good only heard the rattle 1 or 2 times something to be concerned with? thanks dan | |

| Dan, I have a similar noise in mine. Only at low end take off. Have not found anything loose in the CVT, but it sure sounds like it is coming from there. Been that way for several months with no issues. | |

| I don't know, I got to many noises everywhere else:lol!: The bed rattles sometimes and I have a grinding noise up front. Maybe because at takeoff the weights are tight against the camplate on the newer style ones firefighter, I just did mine and its great! | |
