Axle help needed

Hey Guys!

Finally made it over from rf, and underground.

Trying to track down a quick answer if I have this together right

So a buddy of mine had blown my rear CV and had someone fix it. I was replacing the rear axle seals this weekend and when I removed the axle I noticed something was not kosher and I removed the boot. The guy had reused the clip that holds the ball bearing into the Double off set joint so basically the entire thing was in pieces in side the boot. Good thing is that it does not look like any damage was done.

The help I need is with reassembly. I have never built a CV joint before so I want to make sure I got it right so I dont really screw something up. I put it back together (with out grease currently) and moving the ball bearing in there is a little tight with my finger. I am assuming this is due to no grease, yeah? Anyways, Here are some pictures please let me know if I have it right.
