james can be hard to getahold of at times
he is busy and like others said this isn't his only thing he dose
I am shure this isn't his main source of income and the line of workj he is in
and I used to do the same line of work so I know it can be a 20hr day at times
he has his number listed true pm's and emails are also a way to contact ppl
but picking up a phone seems to be to hard to do for some ppl now days
when I tried to call james I didn't get an answer so I left him a message and told hime wheni good time to call me
and he called me back at the exact time I said it would good and spent a good amount of time
and got great advice from him and I didn't even spend any money
he has earned my busness and I am saving up to buy a lot of stuff from him

this is sad to read this stuff I think some ppl just want to bitch and complane
no matter what

James and Nikki have always been good to me. Always taken care of me. They both have a great business practice and I would back them anytime. They are good to us all!

James always calls me back. Sometimes he may wait til the end of the day to call me back and that's fine. I know he is either working or trying to catch up with my Maverick after a race. Takes the feller a few hours to catch up. 

When I got my sheave from James there was a handwritten note in it that said they owed me a shirt.  It was my first dealings with them and I remember thinking, sure, I will never see that.  Two days later a second package showed up with a shirt and two coozies.  That sealed the deal for me.

Sometimes its the little things!!!!  When I bought my MSD he let me borrow his A/F gauge.  Didn't know me from Adam but still shipped it to me to use to get it set up.  There have been a couple of other little bonuses that make me want to flip off my local Yamaha dealer every time I drive by too.  What more could you ask.

James an Nikki  have been nothing but great to deal with , I have bought a lot from them an will continue in the future to buy from them .  Now for the little shit head , that got 50.00 free gift card then  something didn't go your way hell everyone wants their parts yesterday but shit does happen get over it an try to communicate with them  , they are good folks , But now you won't know just how bad you fucked up , so good luck finding any other shop business  to help like HOTROD does , so good by dick head don't let the door hit ya where the good lord split ya

not that it matters, but curiosity killed that cat, so anyone know where this asshole was from, age, name? If he was one of the many assholes from CA, trust me there are plently more out here..lol

I thank everyone here can thank of a story when James & Nikki have went out of there way to help them. I know I can well for me it would be more then one but I can't type that much. But I've seen some great stories so far on this site so I would have to say they are doing pretty good I guess you could say some asshole can bring this site even closer or at least make us realize what we have and I for one am glad to call them my yamaha rhino parts dealer and friends.

Hell...all y'all "pumpin" him up...he's done nothing but cost me $$ since I met him...OVER 3k...prob closer to 4k !!!     All that dinero ,  and STILL have to watch his damned taillights !!!  Aww hell , who am I tryin to kid...he has treated me like a brother since I met him !!  I've been at his place , and heard the phone ring off the hook, and him treating every call like they were the most important one of the day...I guess there are some people out there ya just can't please...wtf !?!?
