Depressed with jbs service! I won a $50 gift card and sent the rest of the money for my parts with paypal on the 9th. I have pm James and he said he did not know about that stuff Nikki handles all that and he would find out. I waited a couple days and pm Nicki and she said she could not find my info where I pm James. I sent her my info again and still can get no answer as to if they have shipped parts, or if I can get the money back. I can not get any info at all. It has been 6 days and nothing to show for my money. Bottom line is I will never buy another thing from them or recommend anyone to deal with them ever I hope others have better luck than I have had!

All I can say is you must have somehow slipped through the cracks.  I have ordered probably a half dozen times from James and usually the order is at my door within 2 days.  I have NEVER had customer service like I have had from JBS.  Maybe try calling them.

rhino parts are not his only business, they have a lot on their plate, shit happens sometime, no need to start bashing the guy, after all he gave you 50 bucks, for a picture, didnt have to do that

No worries James...we know your good!  A PM between you and i went missing in the depths of the internet before but its not like its a big deal.  I just shot you another one and away we went.  Anyone who thinks your customer service isnt any good needs to pull their head out of their rear and join the real world.

I have also had trouble with PM's between site members but it is a knew site so you can't expect all the bugs to be worked out yet.

This is good service? WOW!  refund my money and I am gone!

lol.....nikki pmed him more than once asking about it..shes taking pics of them and posting them.we dont have good service after we are cussed and trashed...you get what you give with us ..lol...i will go fix dents all day before i listen to assholes like this...

Only speaking for myself of course but I don't think it's necessary for you guys to provide ANY kind of proof.  Yes in the electronic era there are glitches...shit happens.  If this happens to me I follow up with a phone call...hell you've got 2 numbers listed.

I feel I speak for the majority here when I say that your customer service is far and above what should be expected.  If I ever encounter a small glitch then so be it cause in my case you've already more than made up for it.

When I am new to something I do a lot of research.  Everybody chips in when you have a forum but James expertise with the Rhino has already helped me so much that it is beyond words.  He knows these things inside and out and not just from a technical perspective but from real world use, trial and error.  In my opinion you guys are the best. For the most part I look nowhere else for info and unless it is a special circumstance I will look nowhere else for parts.

One point I should add.  In todays world with the internet we are so used to everything being automated.  You click on a website, it's placed in your 'cart' you check out and it's done.  People forget what it's like to deal with real people.  Yep...there are times when you can't be reached.....deal with it....you have lives.  I personally enjoy the personal touch even in the rare case where I have to wait a little bit.

thanks steve..we love this site and its for us to have a good time,help each other like were family and learn about rhinos.i know its not the best quality forum but its what we have for now...i would have made it right and was trying to figure out what he needed.....i get alot of orders and i would have to be rain man to remember all of them..lol...just wish he would have been a little more understanding...i hate when it happens but it does sometimes..all we can do is try to make it better
